I had previously arranged another LG service agent to fix a reverse cycle a/c unit which they had previously repaired 18 months before at a cost to me of $4,100. They said I needed to replace the compressor, PCB etc. for $4,400. I contacted HeatNcool-Tech for a second opinion and received very prompt, efficient service. The technicians were on time, diagnosed the problem within an hour and arranged a convenient time to return because a new wiring harness needed to be ordered. Total cost including parts and labour was under $600. Job done, heating working again and the family is happy. Highly recommended as an honest, ethical business.
